We offer articled clerkships to suitable candidates who have completed our cadetship program. In order to be considered for articles with us you must first be accepted into our cadetship program.
We do not offer summer or winter clerkships.
To assist us to recruit the best possible people and also to ensure a good fit with our team members, it is our policy to require appointees to undergo psychological testing as part of our selection process. If we decide to offer you an advertised position, our offer will be conditional on you being satisfactorily tested by our human resource consultants, Chandler Macleod.
Chandler Macleod is a leading human resource consultancy providing similar services to a wide range of clients in the resources, manufacturing, retail and professional sectors. We have retained them for more than 20 years.
The tests are conducted at their local offices and take about three hours. They assess literacy, numeracy and speed and accuracy (measured against the Australian adult population); critical thinking (measured against the Australian management population); and personality. There is also an interview conducted independently of the tests.
We will arrange for you to discuss the report with Chandler Macleod on a confidential basis should you wish to do so. We treat this information as confidential and will destroy it if ultimately you do not accept the position.
