Most lawyers charge more than the debt collection costs you are entitled to recover from debtors according to the Court scales. We guarantee PAID members they won't pay us more than they are legally entitled to recover in successful debt collection litigation*
*The Magistrates Court scales make no provision for creditors to recover legal costs where the debt is less than $10,000. The guarantee does not apply to collections involving less than $10,000 unless your contract documentation entitles you to recover your actual legal costs.
