    • for buyers, the estimated total cost of purchase;
    • for sellers, the estimated net sale proceeds.
  • This calculator is designed for the sale and purchase of residential real estate in Western Australia.

First home buyers
The Federal government offers a one-off $7,000 grant to first home owners provided they meet certain criteria. Special transfer duty concessions apply to those eligible for the grant. For details and more information visit the Office of State Revenue's website.
